…is GOOD for you, according to a new article in The Huffington Post. But choose dark, not milk chocolate, for the best benefits.

Move over, apples! Half an ounce of dark chocolate a day could help keep the doctor away, according to author John Robbins, who wrote the HuffPo article.

It’s just another (wonderful) reason to seek out chocolate confections…in moderation, of course! (Wink, wink.)
